AuDHDly policies
Privacy Policy
AuDHDly, LLC is committed to handling your information with care. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Last updated: May 25, 2026
01
Information we collect
When you create an account, AuDHDly, LLC collects your first name, email address, and a hashed password through Firebase Authentication. If you sign in with Google, Firebase receives the information Google shares with it — typically your name, email address, and profile picture.
When you complete an assessment, we store your responses and the computed result in Firestore, our cloud database. The result includes your primary, secondary, and tertiary archetype codes, a set of personalised strength and challenge identifiers, and a numerical score breakdown. Your raw responses and the result are linked to your account and visible only to you.
We also collect limited technical data to keep the service running and catch errors. Sentry, our error-monitoring provider, receives anonymised crash reports, performance traces, and lightweight product-event breadcrumbs — for example, "sign_up_succeeded" or "quiz_submitted." Sentry does not receive your assessment responses or archetype results.
02
How we use your information
We use the information we collect only to operate and improve the service. Specifically:
- ✦Deliver your assessment results and archetype content.
- ✦Maintain your dashboard so you can return to past results.
- ✦Authenticate you securely and keep your account accessible.
- ✦Detect and fix errors and performance problems via Sentry.
- ✦Respond to support requests you send us.
- ✦Protect the service from abuse or unauthorised access.
03
How we share your information
AuDHDly, LLC does not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers or use your assessment responses for any purpose outside of providing the service to you.
We share data with the following service providers, each bound by their own privacy commitments:
- ✦Google / Firebase — authentication, cloud database (Firestore), and application hosting (Firebase App Hosting). Google's privacy policy applies to data processed through these services.
- ✦Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring. Sentry receives anonymised technical telemetry only; no assessment content or identifiable user responses are sent.
04
Data retention
We retain your account and assessment data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your profile and session data from Firestore. Firebase Authentication data is removed as part of the same deletion flow.
Sentry retains error and performance data for ninety days by default, after which it is purged automatically.
05
Your rights and choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing us at support@audhdly.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and work with you to fulfil your request, subject to operational, security, and legal constraints.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under GDPR or UK GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
06
Children's privacy
NeuroProfile is not directed at children under the age of thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@audhdly.com and we will delete it promptly.
07
Cookies and session management
We use an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in across page loads. This cookie holds an encrypted session token derived from your Firebase Auth session and is not accessible to client-side JavaScript. We do not set third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.
Because the only cookie we set is strictly necessary to operate the service, we do not show a cookie consent banner. You can clear this cookie at any time by signing out or clearing your browser cookies, which will end your session.
08
Security
Account credentials are managed by Firebase Authentication, which stores passwords using strong one-way hashing and enforces HTTPS on all traffic. Assessment data in Firestore is protected by security rules that allow each user to read and write only their own documents.
The scoring algorithm and personalisation logic run exclusively on the server and are never sent to your browser. This means the proprietary weights that produce your archetype result are not exposed through the network.
No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
09
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you — for example, by displaying a notice when you next sign in.
Continued use of NeuroProfile after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the service and may request account deletion.
