Terms of Service

NeuroProfile is an educational self-reflection tool that uses a quiz-based archetype framework to help neurodivergent people understand their own patterns, strengths, challenges, and compatibility with others. It is offered by AuDHDly, LLC.

NeuroProfile is not a medical device, clinical assessment, diagnostic instrument, therapy, or substitute for care from a qualified mental health or medical professional. The archetypes and compatibility profiles are descriptive, not prescriptive. If anything you read here resonates and you want a formal evaluation, please speak with a qualified professional.

To use NeuroProfile, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password, or sign in with Google. By creating an account, you represent that:

• ✦You are at least thirteen years old.
• ✦The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• ✦You will keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• ✦You will not create accounts on behalf of other people without their consent.

You agree to use NeuroProfile only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the service. Prohibited uses include:

• ✦Attempting to access another user's account or data.
• ✦Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting content from the service.
• ✦Reverse engineering the scoring algorithm or personalisation logic.
• ✦Using the service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• ✦Misrepresenting yourself or your affiliation with any person or organisation.

All content on NeuroProfile — including the twenty-four archetype descriptions, scoring methodology, compatibility framework, written copy, visual design, and software — is owned by or licensed to AuDHDly, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your assessment responses are your own. We do not claim any ownership over what you submit. We store your responses and computed results to provide the service back to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our archetype content, compatibility explanations, or other proprietary material without our written permission.

The content produced by NeuroProfile — including archetype descriptions, trait profiles, strength and challenge lists, and compatibility analyses — is for informational and self-reflection purposes only. It does not constitute and should not be relied upon as medical advice, mental health treatment, psychological assessment, or any other form of professional care.

ADHD, autism, and AuDHD exist on spectrums, and lived experiences vary enormously. Your archetype result is a reflection of how you answered a set of questions at a particular moment in time. It is not a diagnosis and it does not define you.

NeuroProfile is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AuDHDly, LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the results will be accurate or complete.

We make every reasonable effort to keep the service running and the content accurate, but we cannot guarantee it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AuDHDly, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — NeuroProfile, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@audhdly.com. We will delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

AuDHDly, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or otherwise harm the service or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so, except where an immediate action is necessary to protect the service or others.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of NeuroProfile will be resolved in accordance with those laws. If a provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to you — for example, by displaying a notice when you next sign in.

Continued use of NeuroProfile after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any change, your recourse is to stop using the service and close your account.
