Refund Policy
NeuroProfile is free today. This page explains our current refund position and what to expect when paid access is introduced.

Current service — no charge, no refund needed
NeuroProfile is currently free to use. Every assessment, archetype result, trait profile, and compatibility analysis is included at no cost. Because we do not charge for the service today, there is nothing to refund.
No payment information is collected or stored. You do not need a credit card to create an account or to access any current feature.

Future premium access
We plan to introduce an optional premium tier that will include additional content such as advanced archetype strategies, workplace and relationship deep-dives, and downloadable materials. When that tier launches, we will publish full refund terms here before any payment is accepted.
Our intention is to offer a reasonable window — at least fourteen days — during which you can request a full refund if the premium content does not meet your expectations. The exact terms will be specified clearly at checkout.
Your core NeuroProfile — assessments, results, and compatibility — will remain free. We will not move existing free features behind a paywall.

Third-party billing platforms
If a future premium purchase is processed through a third-party platform (such as Apple or Google), the refund policy of that platform governs the transaction. We will do our best to assist with disputes, but platform-mediated transactions are ultimately subject to the platform's own terms.
